    Juji, if you read these Dan Greens deadlift party works! (A collab would be sick btw) Top set from the floor; top set of deficit deads, then top set of block pulls. And front squat at some point in the week. I like separating deficit days to get a lot of volume in, 10-14 total reps (3-7 sets) at about 8-9- RPE, and just hit a top set from the floor another day. Block pulls don’t do much personally but front squat and barbell rows do a ton. Partying took my DL from about 675-to best of 755 and 740x2 w straps.

    Some constructive criticism for Sam, please back up a few steps. The close up to Juji's face whenever he's talking is awkward. I don't know if the camera is just zoomed in, if the lack of space in the under construction gym is causing them to be closer, or whatever the case may be. It's just awkward to have the camera that close to their faces.

    Love it dude! Getting creative and finding happier carryover exercises is an AWESOME idea. A lot of new lifters will try to follow the "status quo" exercises, and wind up sticking to one lane instead of finding new accessory exercises. Sometimes these different exercises help activate new stabilizer muscles that don't get as much work, and can really help push past a plateau. Awesome ideas here, and GREAT JOB SAM! That was an epic swipe to the barn early on :D

    Hey Juji, have you tried the Spud Inc Front Squat Harness with the Pit Shark? It’s actually more similar to deadlift movement than front squat movement and may help as a deadlift accessory? The other great accessory, especially if you tend to fail the deadlift at the bottom, is the Hatfield Back Raise on a GHD with added weight using the Spud Inc Dr Squat Strap.

    Sorry to bring this up again, but over the last videos I can't help but notice and realize this. Considering the mentality of most comments since the break up, I know I will be downvoted to hell for this comment, but I felt I needed to share my thoughts in case there are any others who feel like this. I do feel like I'm alone in this. Tom and Juji complemented each others personalities, they reinforced each other and had charisma. Juji must've liked Tom and the videos they made as well. No one forced him to make videos with Tom. And the success over the last few years is what has made this new house and Gym possible. Juji would've surely been making videos and be in the same shape he is currently, but the charisma and "wacky" editing is what brought him this success. I hate how all the comments are now hating everything to do with tom. From how he was on camera to how they interacted with others and each other and even what the videos were about. Basically anything with Tom was horrible. I loved them both and every video they did together. They were like my virtual best friends I hung out with. I hate how most of the comments make it sound as if Juji was a wife in a violent relationship, afraid for his life. You could see Juji had the time of his life with Tom. Jeah, when they had bad times in their life it showed sometimes, but they helped each other through it like friends do. I don't believe Tom had any malicious intent most of their time together. Sad that Tom made the mistakes he did. We don't really know what went on but there's 2 sides to every story. Not defending Tom, just not hating him either without full information. Currently the videos feel flat, like filler. Juji is the center of the videos and he seems nervous and kinda forced to put on a show as he solely has to carry the show now. He really needs some one with a strong personality next to him to help carry the show and also lead some of it. Otherwise it gets boring quite fast. People want something more from videos than just to watch a man pumping iron to put it simply. Sure there are devoted fanatics who will watch that too, but that won't bring in enough money to sustain his current lifestyle. To grow and hold his popularity, the videos need something extra. And currently this X-factor is sadly missing. I Hope John finds his way forward. In life and on youtube aswell. Sorry if I sound mean. I like Juji and wish him all the best.

    observation from a random guy: Your form started good for the dead lift but then you did a butt pop right before putting the weight on the middle of your feet and quads rather than the heels an gluts leaving you to muscle up 700lbs on your upper body. I think if you added half a step between your feet it would feel more like your squat stance which is quite wide and give you more natural leg drive.

    @jujimufu check out the VA Seven GHD Combo. It has Glute Ham Raise, Reverse Hypers and Back extensions all in one machine. The back extensions having settings between 30 degrees and 90 degrees so you can target the back angle on the deadlift that you most frequently 'stick' on.

    why don't you do 100 reps with 100kg every week. I bet your strength would increase massively. I also I think you should do raised deadlifts and raised barbell rows to strengthen your back and grip and leg press. also do hanging pull ups to strengthen your grip with a weight belt. split the exercises to build the muscle
